• Please insert participants name, NOT parent name. (Parent details can be entered later during the registration process.)
• Please insert PARENT mobile number for under 18  years participants. (This is the number we will use to SMS important information to parents.) 
• Each participant must be registered individually. You can request to link family accounts during the registration/renewal process.
• If you are transferring from another Club, your transfer fee will be added to your first tuition invoice.
• ACF and CASA have add numerous questions to the registration process which we are unable to remove or alter. Only questions marked with a * require an answer.
