Age: 8-10 years
Description: Sub-junior Gold is an elite competiition team, with high commitment. This class is aimed a student who have previous calisthenics experience only. Sub-junior Gold is for students who will be committed to their team success. In this class students will learn 5 items in line with CASA’s item rotation during Terms 1 to 3 and must participate in the calisthenics skills in Term 4. Students are selected into this class at our grading classes in Term 4.
Commitment: High – This is an elite competitive class.
Class Length: 120 minutes. This class run during all Terms 1 to 4, 1 week of April school holidays, July school holidays, but not on public holidays.
