Thursday 4th April to Sunday 7th April 2024

START TIMES

5:30pm Thursday & Friday, 9am Saturday and Sunday

ENTRIES

Will be open on Saturday, 17 February 2024 at 12:01am and will close Sunday, 18 February 2024 at 11:59pm.

ALL VALID ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED - there is no need to rush to enter at 12:01am!

The event will be open for 2 days only and no late entries will be accepted. You can enter via myStage Events

Please ensure that your myStage account is up to date, with the correct club and coach, prior to entry.

ENTRY FEE

$47.50 per competitor for all sections

We are offering the following sections:

Tinies 5 Non-competitive
Tinies 7 Non-competitive
Tinies 7 Competitive
Sub-junior 9 years Novice
Sub-junior 9 years Open
Junior 11 years Novice
Junior 11 years Open
Junior 12/13 years Open
Intermediate 14/15 years Novice
Intermediate 16/17 years Novice
Senior Open

We reserve the right to divide/combine sections as we see appropriate.

Brighton Calisthenics Club will be offering all other sections.

AGE GROUPS

As at 31 December 2024 - as per ACF Rules.

ENTRY CRITERIA

Open — Any competitor who was selected in the 2023 CASA National Team OR any competitor who was graded in the 2023 CASA Championship Graceful finals OR any competitor that chooses to.

Novice — Any competitor who was NOT selected in the 2023 CASA National Team OR any competitor who was NOT graded in the 2023 CASA Championship Graceful finals.

Only one Royalty competition may be entered - either Acacia or Brighton, NOT both.

RUNNING SHEET

A draft running sheet is available on our Facebook page, but is subject to change based on entry numbers.

PROGRAM

The program will be published on our Facebook page after entries close.

AVV COMPETITION CLASHES

We will place AVV competitors on a different day to their AVV section where possible. If a different day is not available competitors will be placed in a section at a different time to their section at AVV.

COACHES

Coaches must be Level 1 accredited to be eligible to go backstage. An Acacia Level 1 Coach will be available to put competitors on stage if needed.

CHECK IN

Check in is 30 minutes prior to the section at the designated check-in desk.

MUSIC/DLP

Uploaded via myStage no later than Sunday, 24 March 2024. We will not accept music or DLP on the day of competition.

LIGHTING

Full stage lighting available (as per CASA Rules)

CRITIQUE SHEETS

Please collect your crit sheet from check in station after adjudication.

THEATRE ENTRY

Child and adult tickets must be purchased online. Concession tickets can be purchased from the canteen during the competition. Links to purchase tickets will be posted on our Facebook page. If you purchase a Competition or Day Pass wrist band can be collected from the canteen on arrival.
